Executive Sales Representative
This is a full time prospecting and sales position reporting to the Director of Business Development. The primary responsibility is to identify potential prospects and then convert into sales and profits. The role is predominantly a business to business position. The sales representative will be dealing with all new customers and only managing a few existing customer relationships.

The candidate should have a high energy, dynamic personality with a sense of urgency, and know how to cultivate, close and maintain deals. They must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic. This position requires excellent prospecting, effective communications, presentation and closing skills with demonstrated experience calling on senior and mid-level managers in large, national corporations.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates that have 1-5 years of highly successful prospecting sales experience with a focus on business to business type services. Candidate must be capable of finding their own leads. Knowledge of the Web hosting industry or similar related industry (i.e. ISP) is required.

Education:

College degree is preferred but not necessary. A technical background would also be a benefit. Background and passion for game servers is a plus.

Specific Responsibilities:

Limited travel within the United States (~10%).

Candidates must be able to:
  1. Self generate new opportunities from prospects
  2. Develop and implement plans and strategies for quickly developing sales strategies
  3. Develop and use effective prospecting approach
  4. Understand the technical aspects related to dedicated servers, web hosting and game servers
  5. Articulate the value proposition of the product and service to convert prospects

Compensation:

The compensation package is competitive and is based on a reward for performance structure. There are accelerators and incentives for high achievement.

Base salary + unlimited commission potential + stock options.

Additionally Netarus, LLC offers comprehensive medical benefits, paid vacation and a 401K plan. On plan first year compensation should be in the $60-$70K range.

Game Server Control Panel Affiliate
